The nostalgic glow wears off pretty quickly ... and the movie has nothing to fall back on except bad puns and a brace of awkward cameo turns.. . . Made by people who clearly think themselves much smarter than their audience. In place of whimsy, it offers cynicism.. A sweet treat for the family audience.. . . Rocky and Bullwinkle is stuffed with smart Internet gags, silly movie references and a happy energy.. By the last half hour, you may feel zombied out yourself.. There's a word for this movie...
