An entertaining film for kids and young teens.. So slick and preprogrammed that even its preteen audience may dismiss it as formula.. This elaborate and good-natured entertainment is never as funny as it should be, but it's also never wanting for energy.. Illogical, thrown-together claptrap.. The movie will be compared with the two Spy Kids pictures, and looks more expensive and high-tech but isn't as much fun.. Zwart pulls out enough stops in action sequences involving jet-propelled skateboards...
